Warranty

When ordering a service or product, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within the time limit specified on the sales page of the product (but not more than 14 days). Withdrawal can be done electronically - by sending an e-mail to gliwre.music@gmail. com with a statement that the Buyer withdraws from the contract and with a copy of the invoice. The buyer will be sent a credit note with an amount corresponding to the purchase price of the online program. The amount will be refunded within 30 days of sending the credit to the Buyer. The amount will be refunded by bank transfer.

Any complaints or objections can be made by the Buyer at any time in electronic form - by sending an e-mail to gliwre.music@gmail.com. There is no special form for filing a complaint or objection. However, the Buyer's statement must always indicate what the complaint or objection consists of and what method of equipment it requires. The Seller shall decide on the submitted complaint or objection no later than 30 days after its receipt. The buyer will be notified by e-mail, including the justification.

Withdrawal from the contract

Pursuant to the Civil Code, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded via the Internet within 30 days of purchasing the products, electronically to the following email: gliwre.music@gmail.com stating that he withdraws from the contract and attaching a copy of the invoice / tax document and date of purchase. The buyer will be sent a credit note with an amount corresponding to the purchase price of the online course. The amount will be refunded no later than 30 days from the delivery of the email with withdrawal from the contract. The amount will be refunded by paypal transfer, buyer should provide email contact (paypal).
