Principles of personal data processing


We take the protection of personal data seriously. It is important to us that your personal information is safe. All personal data that is collected during your visit to our website are processed in accordance with Act no. 122/2013 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”) as well as in accordance with applicable European legislation.


From 25.05.2018, inclusive, your personal data are processed in accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95 / 46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation = GDPR) and in accordance with Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws as amended and effective from 25.05.2018.


What does this mean for you and your personal data in a nutshell?


Your personal data is any information that concerns you and on the basis of which you are a subject for us as a natural person. This is the case where we can identify you directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of a generally applicable identifier or other identifier, such as a name, surname, identification number, location data or online identifier, or on the basis of one or more characteristics or characters, which make up your physical identity, physiological identity, genetic identity, mental identity, mental identity, economic identity, cultural identity or social identity. It is e.g. identification of your person based on a number, code, or one or more elements specific to you. Thus, personal data includes in particular the contact data of a natural person, his IP address, which may be information on the use of services or on the activities and preferences of a natural person.


So what data do we store?

We only publish your recommendation (reference) to our products on the basis of your express consent to such use, which you give us in response to a separate e-mail in which we ask for your permission. We only publish your photo with your consent, and whenever you revoke your consent, we will remove your photo and recommendation from the site and destroy your information. At the same time, we declare that we will not disclose sensitive information about your sexual orientation, health, race or ethnicity without your express consent.

Data retention period


Personal data is stored by the operator for the stated purposes for a period of 10 years, unless special legal regulations (tax, labor, archiving, accounting regulations) provide otherwise or until you revoke your consent (provided that we are not bound by a special regulation to further archive your data) . In the period from the provision of consent to its revocation (or to the objection of the legitimate interest of the operator), the processing of your personal data is lawful, even if you revoked your consent after its provision.

As technology improves, we also improve these security systems, using virus scanning, anti-virus programs and a multi-level firewall. You have the right to access the data we process about you. If you want to know what specific data we hold for you, we will be happy to provide it to you in writing upon request.


As the data subject, you have the right to correct the provided data, resp. supplementing them in the event of any inaccuracies / incompleteness.


After reaching the purpose of providing personal data - i.e. after providing performance under the consumer contract and ending the use of products through passwords, you have a "right to forget" = the right to delete the data provided. The right to delete the personal data provided also applies if you revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data. In cases where we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time. In cases where the processing of personal data is based on our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to our legitimate interest. If we process your dispute as well-founded, we will delete your data processed on that basis from our systems. We will also delete them if it is proven that the data has been processed illegally.

If we need your information to fulfill our legal obligations imposed on us by tax laws, accounting regulations and other special legal regulations; we will have to further process them for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations.


As the data subject, you have the right to request a restriction on the processing of your personal data if you challenge the accuracy of the personal data during the data verification period; or if the processing of personal data is illegal and you will require a restriction on the processing of data instead of erasure; and also if the operator does not need your personal data for the purpose stated, but you need them to prove, or. defending your legal claims (complaints, litigation - otherwise the data would be deleted and we would not be able to provide it to you). If you restrict the processing of personal data, your data will remain in our systems, but we will no longer use it for our purposes.


At your request, the operator will notify you of the change, repair, resp. deleting your personal data. At the same time, you have the right to request the transfer of personal data to another operator, whose data you will notify us in writing. It is technically feasible to transfer an e-mail address, due to the difference in the purposes of their processing (see above), we cannot provide you with other data in a machine-readable and portable form to another operator due to technical reasons.


All your requests for the exercise of your above rights, objections to the legitimate interest of the controller or consent to the processing of personal data, we will process within 48 hours of delivery; in the case of a complicated application, no later than 1 month from the delivery of the application.


The provider declares that no personal data is transferred to third countries and your data is stored on servers located in the EU. In the event of a transfer to third countries, this is due to the technical operations of our intermediaries, who are major market players, and therefore the intermediation agreements we have with them include the security of your data as well as the transfer of data outside the EU up to the maximum treated as far as possible.


The supervisory body over the processing of personal data is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. In the event that we do not respond to your request within 1 month of its delivery, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection pursuant to Art. § 100 of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. as amended and effective (personal data protection procedure).

Communication between us, which sometimes includes your personal information, works through secure access.


Hosting is provided by the business company Websupport, s.r.o., IČO: 36 421 928, Staré Grunty 12, Bratislava 841 04, with which an intermediary contract will be concluded from 25.05.2018 for the purposes of the highest possible protection of your data.


We have accounting services outsourced with an external accounting company …, with which a brokerage agreement will be concluded from 25.05.2018 for the purposes of the highest possible protection of your data.
